Normal office hours will be Monday through Thursday 9 am to 12 pm and 1 pm to 3 pm EST.

These policies and hours will help me to better manage and serve each clients needs in a more timely and efficient manner.
As you may or may not be aware it has been scientifically proven that every interruption takes a minimum of 15-25 minutes to get ‘back up to speed’ mentally from where you were when interrupted. I do not want it to be your project that I am working on when I get slowed down.
